8:15 Coffee/tea. Division of labor. Working in groups.

10:30 Coffee/tea. Continue the work.

12:30 Lunch, A new division of labor. New place for everyone in groups.

14:00 Coffee/tea and then home at about 15:00 o´clock.

After everyone has gone, discussion about how everything went with everybody and what should happen after that.

The quality is the fact that the progress of the customers are monitored very well. You know everybody very well and you can see if everything is going to wright or challenging direction. The good practice is how the groups are built in the morning and later you can be in a new group in a new place. It is a clean and meaningful way to give orders and advice.
